TBP Fellowship

What is the TBP Fellowship?
TBP Fellowship provides support to Minneapolis public high school students who would be the first in their families to attend law school and become lawyers, “TBP Scholars.” TBP Scholars are paired with a local first-generation law student, “TBP Mentors,” and can earn up to $500 for completing professional development tasks assigned by TBP, "TBP Task List.” Programming focuses on building skills useful to pursuing a legal career as well as connecting TBP Scholars with the Twin Cities legal community.

2026-2027 Fellowship Dates:
Saturday, September 26, 2026 - Orientation (held virtually on Zoom)
Saturday, October 24, 2026 - Task #1
Saturday, November 21, 2026 - Task #2
Saturday, December 12, 2026 - Task #3

Saturday, February 27, 2027 - Task #4
Saturday, March 27, 2027 - Task #5
Saturday, April 24, 2027 - Graduation

Unless otherwise noted, events are held at the Hennepin County Library from 12-2 PM. Room details will be shared with participants before the event.
