In 2021, the Buddy Program, or TBP, started as an informal mentorship program at North High School in Minneapolis, MN.

TBP Fellowship

TBP Fellowship is a traveling extension of TBP that supports aspiring first-gen lawyers from select Minneapolis public high schools (TBP scholars) to earn up to $500 for completing TBP-assigned professional development tasks with the support of a local law student (mentor).
